| There are many messages the gods wish to impart upon us in our daily lives, and our ancestors really want to help us be the best version of ourselves we can be. It is through his interactions with the spiritual realm that the Shaman is capable of bringing these messages to the physical plane of existence for us, as well as teaching us to discover the source within ourselves. With a proud Norse demeanor he is able to relay these messages in ways that we can understand in our every day lives. It does not matter what religious practice you subscribe to, or how long you have studied, his words can provide wisdom and guidance for all who come here. |

This week's Rune Readings
|
The reading of the Nordic "Elder Futhark" runes of early Scandinavia requires an intuitive ability unlike "fortune telling". The runes display a connection from the deity by reminding us of our past lessons, as well as those influences of our present. This information is then used to make informed decisions about moving into our future. For this castings, we will use the "four winds" layout which demonstrate that which has, and will influence our trajectory moving forward.

Rune Reading for Freyja's Day - 16 May 2025

To reveal the influences of our past, we have drawn the rune of Perthro, and today it offers us cautions. While Perthro normally represents that of the prophecy, today it offers us warnings about carrying our scars from the past into our future. By learning to decouple the emotional energy from the actual life event, we can enlighten our path forward, leaving behind the carnage left within the mind from the battles of the past. Our present influence is that of Sowilo, the rune of wholeness. By leaving behind the emotional baggage of the past, we open ourselves to new possibilities of a much different future. We must force ourself to obtain the faith in the outcome, for we may have discovered our life's purpose along the way to the brighter future on the road ahead. Believe in the energy of the cosmos to heal and guide, reach out to the ancestors. To further reveal our future influences, we have drawn the rune of Fehu, the rune of young love. Our future is not written yet; we have the opportunity to alter our trajectory in any way we desire. Fehu in our future indicates that the universe recognizes out ability to adapt to new beginnings with the foresight offered by the ancestors. Let our heart lead the way and we'll never be lost on our journey. To understand what influences we should retain, we have drawn the rune, Isa, the rune of ice. While ice can freeze things in place, locking them into a particular position, it also offers us the opportunity to closely observe that which is around us. By learning these micro learning opportunities in our close proximity, we can be better prepared when it is time to move forward again. This path offers us the unity of being oneself.

Rune Reading for Thor's Day - 15 May 2025

|
|
To reveal the influences of our past, we have drawn the rune of Dagaz, the rune of enlightenment. It would seem that the runes today are informing us of achieving a level of enlightenment in our past, maybe a paradigm shift within our perspective. This may signify that we have begun our understanding of the interactivity between our physical lives and our spiritual lives. Obtaining the use of the energy of hope. Our present influence is that of Ehwaz, the rune of trust. In our present state the rune Ehwaz issues us cautions about extending our trust too far outside our direct control. While there are many who are very excited about your journey, there are an equal amount who may desire altering our paths for their own gains. Be careful where we extend our trust to, as all those may not have our best intention in their minds. To further reveal our future influences, we have drawn the rune of Laguz, the rune of love and dreaming. With this rune in the future position of our trajectory, this would indicate that there are many unfocused on mental processes engaging with the experiences that we are having. Noting the moment-by-moment state of our emotions will offer us the best opportunity to manage them, and control our interpretation of our reality. To understand what influences we should retain, we have drawn the rune, Uruz, the rune of manifestation. As we move forward along our trajectory in this physical life, we must always remember that although our physical forms maybe controlled by extrinsic forces, our mental processes are strictly our own. Soon the physical form will follow suit to whatever thought process we have, manifest within the mind, that which you desire.

Rune Reading for Woden's Day - 14 May 2025

|
|
To reveal the influences of our past, we have drawn the rune of Hagalaz, the rune of chaos. Although our past may have been filled with times of utter chaos, which this rune represents. A state of order cannot exist without its counterpart existing as well, for it is necessary at which to have chaos in our lives to establish order. This necessity of chaos exists that we may find our way to some level of order that works for us. Our present influence is that of Inguz, the rune of wholeness. Our present is driven by our desire to be whole, connecting our physical to our spiritual parts. However, a necessary part to our wholeness is our desire and ability to ensure we take time for ourselves. The necessity of intrinsic reflection cannot be overstated as our internal growth requires that we associate our experiences to our knowledges. To further reveal our future influences, we have drawn the rune of Ansuz, the rune of listening. The rune offers us the understanding that our future will need to have multiple paths of communication to the deities, not just our thoughts, but our desires as well. Ensuring that we keep the heart and mind in alignment as we move confidently into our future. Inspired by the gods. To understand what influences we should retain, we have drawn the rune, Ehwaz, the rune of trust. While Ehwaz suggests the energy of extending trust to friends and teammates, we must also learn to and practice trusting ourselves. Our feelings, and our inner voice will guide us to identify which path to traverse upon. The key to trust is that it must be intrinsic first, then applied to those who earn it.

Rune Reading for Tyr's day - 13 May 2025

To reveal the influences of our past, we have drawn the rune of Thurisaz, the rune of enthusiasm, and today it issues us cautions as to the continued carrying of guilt/shame, or frustration from our past. The lessons we have had to endure in the past were experienced to bring intellect to our mind regarding the finding of our trajectory along the way. These lessons were there for a reason, never intended to be a life sentence. Let the pain go, absorb the lessons and move on with living. Our present influence is that of Fehu, the rune of young love, and today it offers us cautions to observe within our present. While the rune is typically indicative of finances and success, today it cautions us as to where our allegiances lie. Are we more interested in materialistic gains, or do we seek a higher purpose? With Fehu in our present, we must recognize that there exists a delicate balance between our definitions of success. Are your goals aligned with your heart, or your easily tricked mind? To further reveal our future influences, we have drawn the rune of Berkano, the rune of the mature wisdom. Our future, driven by the energy of Berkano indicates that our forward trajectory includes those life changes, but also shelter and sanctuary. This forward trajectory will follow your designated direction to the rebirth of your understanding about your own spirituality and beliefs therein. Embrace the time to surround your heart and mind with those spiritual energies that will offer you strength. To understand what influences we should retain, we have drawn the rune, Mannaz, the rune of our perfected Intellect. Mannaz speaks to us about remembering the path that you have taken and the lessons you have learned to obtain the level of intellect you have now. These have been lessons on living our lives through the emotional understandings of our heart. The rune reminds us of the inclusion of the self within the divine structure of the cosmos.

Rune Reading for Mani's Day - 12 May 2025
|
|
|
|
To reveal the influences of our past, we have drawn the rune of Kenaz, the rune of humility, and today it issues us cautions as to the influences it has offered our psyche. The main principle here is that it cautions us about over conceptualizing, overthinking. Overthinking can lead our mind to a form of elitism and arrogance that we don't need. Taking away the lessons of the past we must remember that they truly only apply to ourselves, and while offering advice to others, we must remember the burden of authority remains solely on them as to whether it applies to their path, or not. Our present influence is that of Odinn's Rune. Odinn's rune indicates the lack of sufficient information necessary for the gods to determine exactly what we should do with this information, and what information to offer. In our present, the sky is really the limit, as you have a complete freedom to believe whatever you feel will carry you forward toward your destiny. Regardless as to what we conceptualize, our heart knows the way to accomplish our destiny. The major limitations that our mind has rests solely on that which we apply to it, therefore understanding what we have applied, we are in a better position to manage what we allow in the future and what we need to dispose of within our thoughts and feelings. To further reveal our future influences, we have drawn the rune of Algiz, the rune of the listening. The rune of Algiz in our future position indicates that we need to ensure that we continue to listen, not only with our ears, but with our heart as well. Our ancestors can offer us intellect and wisdom beyond our wildest imagination; however, we have to teach ourselves to listen for their quiet voices. Being peaceful within the mind can allow the voices to become loud enough that we may find direction and purpose in their words. To understand what influences we should retain, we have drawn the rune, Othala, the rune of our ancestry. Today, the rune issues us cautions about the genocide of our ancestors within our mind. The rune itself indicates a connection to the ancestors through the spiritual realm, and in the bedrock position we know that the universe is teaching us that this connection is critical to our emotional and intellectual success in this lifetime. Hold tight the ancestors as they help us to understand the path that lies before us.
