Happy Mani Day to you

Happy Mani Day! Alaska Úlfhé∂nar is live!.mp4 Transcribed from the morning show:
To you. I hope this weekend went well and you were able to rest, recharge, and rejuvenate your soul and your mind, and you’re ready for the experiences that you’re going to have this week. Remember the past and the present and the future, the future being those experiences we’ve yet to have, the past, of course, being those ones that we have had. But today, as we celebrate and embrace Mani, the god of the moon, I want us to think about control, control of our mind. We possess all of the authority and the energy, the intrinsic energy, at which to control our thought processes.
No one else. I mean, we can give credit, give blame, whatever all day long, but at the end of the day we ourselves are in charge of what we think, and most importantly what we feel. The idea that we will accept energies throughout our lifetime, morning, noon, and night. Okay? And we are going to accept these energies, absorb them as we pass through this physical realm where there’s all types of different forms of energy bouncing around, boop boop boop, and we absorb it.Okay? And we kind of walk into a cloud, if you will. And in that cloud is this certain form of energy. Now when that energy comes into our body and into more importantly into our mind, our mind processes that energy in such a way that it then releases chemistry, and we’ve talked about this, all the hormones, the certain concoction that it puts together. As the hormones are released into the bloodstream, the bloodstream then moves those chemists those chemicals to our brain, where our brain recognizes them as a particular emotion.
Now, the heart technically simply creates this environment, it technically doesn’t feel it itself. So when we love someone, while we may feel a certain way in our heart, our brain is what recognizes it as love. Okay? So as these influential energies are coming into our mind, and our brain is processing them, making them making us feel a certain way, this is how emotions occur. Now we have a choice when these energies are received at the brain, when these energies are received, we can say no.
We can say no. We don’t want to feel that way. We don’t we don’t have to feel that way. Just because the energy is bringing in these certain, are releasing a certain chemistry within the body and the brain is saying, oh, I need to feel sad today. We can say, no, I don’t want to feel sad today, I want to feel happy.
And then we change our focus, which then alters the chemistry, which then alters the chemistry released by the heart into the bloodstream, and the brain goes, oh, okay, moving on, and that’s what it does. It just moves on to its next whatever, the the hormones, the chemistry in our blood, as it gets into the brain, whatever that chemistry says is what it goes up. That’s what we feel. So when we’re walking around, we’re just being us, and we take in a physical sensory input. Now I’ll use an example, is that we see something that we don’t like, Right?
And it’s whatever. Right? But it doesn’t please us. It’s not something that we would enjoy or whatever. And our our sensory input comes in, and we see it, and we go and our brain processes it, and goes, oh, I feel bad about that.
I oh, I don’t like that. Right? And it then signals the heart, the heart releases the chemistry, chemistry comes and brain goes, yep. I feel angry over that thing, whatever it is. Right?
But we have a choice. We can say, you know, I don’t enjoy it. That’s not something that I would I would prefer. It’s not something I would like, but you know what? I don’t have to engage in it either.
I can walk away. Right? I can go do this other thing, and I can change my mindset. I can change my focus, and I can move elsewhere. I don’t need to subscribe to that Just because my physical sensory input is taking it in doesn’t mean it has to it has to be a part of my life forever.
That’s not how that works. We can simply say no. This my friends is the control that Mani, the god of the moon, brings to our recognition. He helps us to understand Mani, the moon, while in Norse times he brought a balance to the sun. Right?
Because we have the daylight and the daylight would bring temperatures and the and his and of course the sun being his sister Sol, and Sol would bring the sunlight and she would bring the heat, and the warmth, and the light, and then Mani would offset that. So he was in charge of creating a balance with his sister, and so little daylight, little warmth, little nighttime to cool everything off. Okay? In much like life, we have where we have the darkness, which would then indicate an illuminated or unknowledgeable, okay? We don’t know about that, so it’s unknowledgeable.
And then we receive the dawn. Right? Enlightenment. And then we have a light. So we have intelligence, and intellect, and knowledge, and wisdom, and all of those things would come with light and love.Okay? So that’s daytime. And then nighttime, of course, is is just the re questioning. Okay? We learned that.
Now what? Now what can we learn next? And we moved on. And so that was the cycle of money and soul. And so they kind of worked in a balance together. This represents our life, So, at night we have questions, and we’re kind of wondering what we should do, or what we should think, or what we should know. And then we have the dawn, we have the enlightenment of waking up and seeing the world around us, and seeing the good in the world around us. And then all the day, all during souls, time with us, we get to experience intellect, and wisdom, and knowledge, and so that would span our day. And then on at night, we would process all of that that that we’ve received from Sol all day, and we’d process that. And what happens when we think about stuff we’ve learned, we think about how that relates to other things. Right? And so we start asking ourselves more questions. I’m always I’m always comforted in the fact that when I was in college and we would learn things and we would go, oh, yeah. This is the way, And we would learn things. And what happened?
Well, you’d learn something, and then you’d go, well, okay. Why is that? And you’re starting to ask more questions. Right? And you’re you’re beginning to want to know more, and it was this cycle that would continue your whole time in college.
Well, okay, my whole time in college. And I would continue to ask, okay, well, how I understand that works, but how does this other thing work? How does this derivative of what I’ve learned, how does that work? And so more knowledge creates more questions. Right?
And so that’s the night. We’ve learned a whole bunch all day from Sol. We’ve taken in a whole bunch of intellect, and a whole bunch of knowledge, and now we’re going into night and we’re beginning to ask why different things are, and what is, and why, and where, and how, and who. Right? And then that’s the nighttime. Is it’s beginning to build these questions. So as we go into the next dawn and the next visit with Seoul, we’re searching for those answers, right, and we’re continuing that cycle. So that’s definitely what money and soul brought from a mental picture, was this balance of learning, growing, learning, growing. Okay? And so money certainly represented a control in our lives that we took charge and we began to ask those questions and we began to drive the conversations.
That’s very, a very important part of our existence. Okay? As to gain those experiences, and to build our relational matrix that we would have more wisdom, a critical piece. So I hope you will take the example of Mani and Sol, and use it in your own life, and as we grow and learn and love, we’re kind of continuing that cycle. And so I hope that you will, engage in that. Again, I hope you had a wonderful weekend. The batteries are rejuvenated, charged up, and you’re ready for your experiences this week, because I’m sure they are going to be fantastic, because good things happen to good people. So keep that in our minds. Okay?
