Our constant challenge Part 1.

I
n my role of being a conduit between the spiritual realm and where we currently reside, added to the interpretation of the imagery I receive to create steps of putting it into practice in the modern-day world, I have received a communication of clarity from the spiritual realm that I believe can help us implement to obtain or maintain our mental health.
As physical forms and humans, we are constantly challenged by the never-ending quest to maintain a manageable level of emotional involvement within the experiences we have to maintain a healthy mental space. This constant threat of the seemingly arbitrary manipulation of our present emotional state, has led quite a few individuals I know to dread the personal interactions with other lifeforms. However, it doesn’t have to be this way, we each possess the authority and energy to manage how we feel through certain experiences we have. We are ultimately in charge of how we feel.
While that may sound somewhat contradictory to the general consensus, let us dive deeply into this idea of recognizing and managing our emotional states and their impact to our mental space. My ancestors have taught me that emotions are simply a “signature” on a particle of energy received by any of the, physical sensory inputs, spiritual channels, or our imagination, typically attached to imagery, and intellect. We simply need to understand what part of the process we need to focus on to change the way we respond when receiving certain signatures on an energy particle received. We must also always keep in mind that we can deny an energy particle that is received by using a conscious effort. Let’s look at our life’s emotions from a scientific perspective.
From the physiological perspective, our eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and skin, all produce a bio-electrical charge that moves minuscule electrical charges from the point of interactivity, to the brain for processing and ultimately, memory This process happens billions of times per second throughout our biological existence. Between this point of contact and our processing lies several key mechanisms that can assist us, or defeat us, in our quest to feel a certain way. This bio-electrical charge is transported from the point of impact to the brain using the existing nervous system, and more specifically those nerves that interconnect throughout the body and brain for this purpose. There are many factors that can affect this transmission. Firstly, it’s the cell itself. If the cell has damage to it, or has been manipulated in some way, it can delay or deny the transmission of this energy between the two points outlined above. The cell could be under the influence of some other chemicals (i.e., medicines, alcohol, herbal intoxicants, etc.) that can “distort” the bio-electricity being transported, thereby creating a different interpretation than the one that was originally sent.
As mentioned, there are plenty of outside factors to consider when discussing the journey of our bio-electricity. As mentioned, intoxicants can play a role in facilitating and/or manipulating the path of our nerve signals being moved from one point to another. Intoxicants also affect the human brain, which further complicates the proper interpretation of these signals at the brain. This means that sometimes we may visualize something terrifying, yet the emotion that arrives in the mind is that of hilarious circumstances, causing us to laugh instead of fear. This condition can also lead to an improper interpretation of the energy completely, thereby causing the dropped signals meaning the total loss of the signaling. Blackouts.
In the same way that the particles have three parts, my ancestors have taught me that there are three portions of our “mind”. The first, we are all quite familiar with, and that’s the physical brain. The brain is used to interpret received energy and convert it to memories that are then stored in the second portion of our mind, our memories. The memory portion of the brain stores the imagery, intellect, and emotional signatures from every particle that is received by the aforementioned channels. These memories are manipulated prior to storage by the emotional filters being applied at that moment in time. Because these emotional filters are altered by the chemical reactions caused by hormones in the blood stream, and grounded in our DNA, they can be incredibly volatile in their storage life. The ones that are stored have been manipulated from their original condition by our emotional filtering, so they may, or may not be, a reflection of today’s reality.
Our energy interpretation is completely dependent on our emotional state at the moment the energy was created and/or received. To put that in layman’s terms, if we are in a bad mood (we’ll say), the energy is immediately manipulated to match this emotional state. At its core, we are in-charge of establishing our emotional state. Whether we decide to allow it to succumb to the fates and just happen, or we dictate to our filter how we want to feel. We can establish these emotional filters. In addition, we can navigate the external factors by maintaining an acceptable diet, and understanding the effects of intoxication on our emotions. As we begin a process of understanding this dynamic, we begin to take control of our feelings, thereby controlling how we interpret our environment, or our reality.
More to come as we unravel our journey to understand the energy effects on our lives.
