Friends, happy Freyja’s Day. I am glad that we have all made it through an experienced field week to arrive today at Freyja’s day. Freyja, of course, represents energy, management, being able to control one’s energies, emotions. Many times, people do not recognize or realize that it is this energy that can make us emotionally change. Right?
So if we are lethargic and we’re very low on energy, we we can’t really, invest in passion or rage or whatever, high level emotions are that we preferably that we want because we are in charge, remember? We’re the managers. So when we think about depression, and we think about sadness, and we think about how, even anxiety, how it makes us feel, we have to recognize that that emotional recognition by our brain is energy, is particles of energy that drive the system into releasing chemistry that then the brain recognizes as an emotion. And we we can make a choice. We can choose where we’re going to invest our energy.OK?
So if we choose to invest our energy in sadness, maybe, something sad has happened in in, you know, you’ve had an experience that is is sad, sadness provoking. We make a conscious decision to redirect our energy to create chemistry that the brain recognizes as sadness. OK? If now we take that same energy, and instead of directing it to this sadness, we decide we direct it to, happiness or joy or contentment.We can do that, and we have a choice. We can choose to redirect that energy to be happy, to be joyous, to be, not sad. Right? So the key then is energy management. How do we direct energy, as an example, when we’re feeling depressed? Right? We’re feeling sad. We’re feeling, you know, have a heavy burden. How do we say in our mind, I don’t want to be this way anymore. I want to be happy, or I wanna be content, or I wanna be something else. Right? I don’t wanna be sad. I don’t wanna be angry. I don’t wanna be, you know, divided. So instead of thinking, focusing, remember when we focus on something, if you take all of your your concentration and you focus, say, on a penny. Okay? You’re you’re focused on a penny. Right? You are now bringing all of your consciousness into focus on that penny. Right? This then is the same way our brain concentrates its energy creation on a particular thing. When we talk about manifestation on the physical plane, and we say, oh, I wanna manifest this in my life, love, say. I wanna find, the one. Right? I focus all of my concentration on one particular thing.
So all of my focus comes down to, a pinpoint accuracy. OK? And I’m thinking about, in my mind’s eye, I’m going to put an image of something, someone maybe. And you’re saying, well, what if I don’t know what the love of my life, what he or she looks like? Well, think of how you’d feel when you’re with that person. Okay? So we’re bringing all of our concentration, all of our energy generation down into a singular beam of how we would feel with that that perfect someone, that that someone you’ve been searching for, or that something. Okay? All of our focus down to a point. This is where we now are sending our energy.Okay. So we’re focusing our energy, and we’re landing it on whatever it is. That then moves said item because if you’re the the recipient, say, you’re the love of that other person’s life, you’re going to get an energy boost. You’re going to feel charged. You’re gonna feel excited. Why? Because you’re getting energy through your aura from this person who thinks that you are the one. OK? You’re the you’re the big, and you’re receiving that energy, and therefore, you are are feeling it because your brain is going to recognize the acknowledgment of energy. What you choose to do with that energy then is well, it’s on your thought process. Right? So you can decide to feel good about that. You can decide to feel shamed. You can decide to feel any way you want. I mean, it’s your choice. OK? You’re in charge of directing the energy that you have into the emotional release of chemistry that makes you feel a certain way, whatever way that is, whether that be happy, mad, sad, glad, joyous, content, whatever it is, you have directed that energy that then has gone to your brain and released or giving signals to to release hormones in your bloodstream that the brain can then recognize as feeling a certain way. So if you get a boost of energy through your aura and you decide to be angry with it, you know, all you’re doing is focusing now. You’re moving that energy stream that you’ve received into this emotion called anger, or rage, or mad, or whatever you wanna call it. Okay, and so you’re focusing. You’re bringing that, someone is sending you energy, whether it be a a physical form, someone another spiritual entity bonded to another physical form, whether it be the ancestors, whether it be your environment, anything that’s alive around you, your plants, your your trees, your grasses, all of these things send us energy. And what we choose to do with that energy is on us.
