This month has been very busy for the Shaman, as he worked with many different peoples throughout the world to provide guidance and wisdom for their individual successful forward trajectories. The Shaman also worked at providing us with teachings about what life really means for each of us, as well as the tools for successful navigation our our physical life time.

Its literal meaning is year. The harvest during the summer is meant to be winter food, and the seeds from from those crops became the next year's summer crops. Attentiveness to the cultivation of our present life is important, but you should lay down the wisdom for the future self.

The movement of the seasons aren't so much connected to time, but with the outflow and inflow of the breath. The rhythms of the breath, heartbeat, dawn, and dusk, and sleep are all the keys to finding Jera's subtle nature. Similar to Isa, Jera is unstoppable energy; it is gradual but is unrelenting, it is indifferent to the human influence and unhurried but persistent.

- Isn't Spirituality just a vague term for religion? Religion is a defined form of spirituality. In other words, if we look at spirituality as a whole, we know, for many, that it is divided into two parts: Theism, and practices. The practices are the inadvertent transfer of the teachings by shameful behavior modifications. The definition that the new church accepted was to use this "practice" to assimilate or destroy non-conformists. Each religion carries a theism within in, meaning that we have a relationship with a deity. However, religion is a structured way of interpreting our spirituality, on that line of thought, it was also a method of societal control. Spirituality is much larger than that of a narrow, behavior control, called religion.
- Are you saying that monotheism is a very basic view of spirituality? Yes, and no. Monotheism simply means that one recognizes only one deity, and there is really nothing incorrect about it. Our relationship with the deities should be very personal, and more importantly, as unique as we are. The relationship with our deity should never be dictated by others, much like our relationship with other physical beings.
- How have these stereotypes and negatives been propagated for so long? This a great question, and unfortunately has many different answers. It has always been profitable for the church to keep their narrative going, and so the "shameful" assignment to its congregation has ensured that behavior remained what was necessary for the continuation. In addition, I believe that many of our ancestors (living) would pass on the necessary values of shame, inciting the next generation into obedience inadvertently.
- Most of the world has subscribed to the truth of Christianity / Muslim, doesn't that mean it is the true religion? No. One needs to remember that much of the distribution of the modern church was done by force, leaving millions of dead in its wake. Others subscribed to avoid this fate, with required obedience to appease the church. This process of conquering hasn't led to the promises offered, therefore I believe we are seeing a conversion everyday of more and more of the disenfranchised. Others, have come to know, and are now free to recognize their cultural spirituality, and I feel that this is what is fostering or encouraging others to seek higher connections.
- Why does everything you read about spirituality seem to promote different? Because every physical being has a different relationship with the spiritual entities who inhabit the spiritual plane. In much the same way, we may ask ourselves why that person loves that other person, we know that each of us has our own interpretation, which drives the criteria that we have for a personal, intimate, relationship with our spiritual entities.

The book of life is a collection of sketches provided to Dr. Weisman during his trance work with the Úlfhé∂nar, as well as during the channeling. These sketches show detailed understanding of the influences of spirituality and theology in real world examples. We call these:

Glimpses into Antiquity

The book describes the aura as an elemental portion of our spiritual connectivtity. In the drawing (to the right) the aura interacts with the many different facets of our spiritual lives, including the connection between the spiritual and physical selves. The management of the clarity of the aura is done through concentrated mindful exercises to keep our emotions balanced, which thereby allows for the transfer of messages from the spirits to the physical brain, thereby fostering our growth.

Spiritual beliefs are thoughts and feelings that provide us with congruence between the heart and mind. This allows us to become complete as we obtain balance between thought and emotions. By maintaining a sense of love and peace within our minds, we are capable of connecting and transmitting spiritual energy for healing, as well as gaining knowledge and wisdom. We understand that it is by obtaining clarity of mind and aura, that we can experience a clear understanding of the wisdom and knowledge of our ancestors as well as the deities.

Sharing matters to us

All of us are here on the physical plane of this existence we call life, to learn emotional control that we may ascend to the understanding of pure empathy, so as to join our ancestors when we pass from this existence. To fully embrace this life, we must open our heart to fully experience the emotional life we choose.
