Life Lesson for Monday 7/24/23

Today as I began to think about my bills I pondered why it would cause any level of stress, when it occurred to me about the inherent fear that humans have of the unknown. Like a giant, hideous monster lying out there in the darkness humans are almost designed to acquire a level of fear when it comes to the abyss of what is the unknown. There can be great beauty in the unknown, yet we still always grow concerned about stepping out of comfort zone. As I look to the future with anticipation, knowing that there will be challenges and obstacles that I must overcome, it is this challenges that pushes me one, ever forward. Understanding this helps me find comfort in venturing out to where little is known. Beyond where I was yesterday, and just short of where I’ll be tomorrow.
