The translation for the word (Skáldskapr in Old Norse) was typically identified as poetry, or words written in verse. However, here at the Alaska Úlfhé∂nar, we use this to repeat the the teachings of our weekly YouTube publication “Skáldskapr”, or the Ethereal TV show “Whispers of the Norse”. The show offers ideas and “tricks and tips” to help apply some techniques of antiquity to solve our modern-day mental health challenges that affect our everyday.
