Skáldskapr: Understanding and Fulfilling our Koilia.

Many have asked me about how they can obtain a feeling of fulfillment within their lives. They have told me that they don’t wish to continue their drive for money, drugs, alcohol, sex, or hundreds of other addictions. Many have had much of these things within their lives, yet find that their hearts are not yet filled. I have spoken to many who’s practice of modern-day religion has left them with a sense of emptiness, myself included many years ago. Others have reported to me their vast social circles have not fulfilled their deep desire for completeness. This my friends becomes an understanding of our Koilia. Koilia is a Greek word that means “space” or “cavity”, and some psychology scholars describe it as the inner most part of our selves, our spiritual connection.
