Whispers of the Norse

In this episode the Shaman is joined by his grandfather to discuss the usages and designation of individual totems that can be used to draw our intrinsic focus back to in times of difficulty thinking and/or processing. By reseaching the best materials that can be used, and learning to focus our energy into a small item, we are able to clear our minds and our auras, thereby fostering communications with the spiritual realm.
