In this episode the Shaman is joined by his grandfather to discuss their understanding that any form within the physical plane that we could describe as “being alive”, or possessed the life force of the universe, was bound to a spiritual center or entity. This meant that the trees, the rivers, the animals, even the winds that blew possessed a spiritual entity that we could interact with, in addition, there were the spirits within the Landvaetti that were not bonded to a physical form, but offered us guidance, wisdom, and certainly energy
