In this episode the Shaman is joined by his grandfather to discuss with very little deviation, the extrinsically displayed behavior was a direct image of one’s internal image of oneself. When one had low self esteem, or had forgotten the noble virtues, their public behavior, even behind closed doors, represented who they really were. Getting our thinking right, and knowing who we were at a fundamental level allowed us to make adjustments to our thinking, thereby adjusting our behavior.
