In this episode the Shaman is joined by his grandfather to discuss the visual representation of our defensive mechanisms against negative energy as the shields of my ancestors. By recognizing the offensive power of the shields in antiquity, we are able to apply the same understanding to defending against negative energy transmission by becoming more forward in our thinking and dispelling the energy before we have to focus on it intrinsically.
