In this episode the Shaman is joined by his grandfather to discuss the mental health advantages of ensuring that we incorporate practices of mental self-care into our daily routine. By taking care to ensure our spiritual and physical balance remains intact, we are better able to deal with the extrinsic attempts at disruption of our emotional stability. A necessary skill in these modern times of negativity and stressful existences.
